Karin Lissbrant
With a background that includes entrepreneurship, fashion design, and teaching textiles, I recognized an opportunity to make a difference in the world of sailing apparel for women. I am a mother of three wonderful children and am rooted on the west coast of Sweden. My passion for sailing and the ocean comes from my childhood summers when my family would sail up and down the west coast. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, gardening, or practicing yoga and tennis.
Nicklas Falk
I've always had a dream of starting a small business venture, and now my wife's passion and drive for building a family business has given me the opportunity to do so. I have a background in various management roles within large-scale service businesses. I am a proud father of three children, whom I adore spending time with. When I'm not with my family, I enjoy spending time outdoors, sailing, swimming in the ocean, biking, skiing, or trekking in the mountains.
Isabelle Bergqvist
Marketing manager
I started sailing at the age of 8 and spent most of my childhood on the water, moving between different boats. I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a constant urge to learn new things - in recent years, that’s taken me from foiling to surfing to snowboarding. I have a background in Industrial Engineering, with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Design. Building something from scratch has always been a goal of mine, and getting to do it around something I’m deeply passionate about makes the journey even more meaningful.
Chris Westerström
Art & Media
Father of two kids, living on the west coast of Sweden with roots in America. Chris is multi-talented in art and media, who fit roles both in front of and behind the camera lens. Freelancer and business entrepreneur. A born surfer who tracks every low pressure in Sweden to catch a few waves whenever possible.

Sailor & inspirator
A passionate sailor who spends most of her time awake out in a boat of some kind. Love traveling, hanging out with friends and being a teenager. Inspirator to Noora's business and helped design our first wetsuit with Drop-Zip together with her mother.
