These Terms and Conditions for Sale (“Agreement”) govern all purchases made through www.noora.nu (the “Website”). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Placing an Order

By submitting an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are purchasing for personal non-commercial use, and that all information you have provided is accurate. Please review your order carefully before payment.

Once we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance and forms a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, where goods are out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Products

Our products are precision-fit garments. Please use the size guide provided for each product and contact us if you are unsure before ordering. Product images are illustrative only; colours and finishes may appear slightly different on screen.

All products are labelled with care instructions in English. Wetsuits require specific handling to maintain performance — please follow the instructions included with your product. If you need care information in another language, contact us at info@noora.nu.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Local currency or Swedish Krona (SEK) and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if one occurs after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or offer a full refund.

Orders within the EU include VAT, applied at checkout. Orders shipped outside the EU are priced exclusive of VAT. Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by their country.

Promotional codes and discounts are valid only within their stated period, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all countries listed open for shipping at our webpage. Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes for international shipping outside EU are collected by our shipping courier Fedex before dispatch to you as a customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, not used in water, unwashed, in their original condition with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged: custom or made-to-measure products, final sale or outlet items, gift cards, and any product that has been worn or washed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

EU & UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, notify us at returns@noora.nu within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs under this right are borne by you unless we state otherwise

Please note, the European Union 14 day cooling of period does not apply to custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Limited Warranty

We offer a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser from the date of delivery. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper care, colour fading from sun or chlorine exposure, or products altered by a third party.

To make a warranty claim, email info@noora.nu with a description and photos of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will at our discretion repair or replace the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we advise otherwise.

Product Liability & Safety

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE USE

Our products are performance apparel and wetsuits designed for aquatic sport and recreational use. They are NOT flotation devices or bouancy aid, personal protective equipment (PPE), or life-saving equipment, and must not be relied upon as such, unless a specific product is explicitly marked and certified for that purpose. No Noora Ocean AB product should be treated as a substitute for appropriate personal safety equipment, unless that specific product is explicitly marked and certified for that purpose.

Our Responsibility

Noora Ocean AB is responsible for the products it sells through the Website and stands behind their quality. Where applicable law imposes liability on us as the seller or importer of record — including under the EU Product Liability Directive, the UK Consumer Protection Act 1987, and equivalent mandatory legislation in other jurisdictions — we accept that liability to the extent the law requires.

Where permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product will not exceed the purchase price of that product. This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or capped under mandatory law.

Your Responsibility as the User

Water sports and aquatic activities carry inherent risks of serious injury or death that our products cannot eliminate. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your own safety when using our products.

• You will assess whether a product is suitable for your intended activity before use.

• You will follow all care and usage instructions provided with the product.

• Our products do not substitute for appropriate certified safety equipment, proper training, or good judgment in the water.

We will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose, failure to follow instructions, or the inherent risks of aquatic activities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the price paid for the product in question. Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Notice for Customers in the United States & Canada

Products are sold “as is” except where expressly warranted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable state or provincial law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states and provinces do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you in full. Your statutory rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (USA) and applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (Canada) are not affected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including images, text, and trademarks — is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on the Website may be reproduced or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.noora.nu/privacy. We use your data to process and fulfil orders and, where you have consented, to send marketing communications. EU and UK customers’ data rights are governed by the GDPR and, in the UK, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence and bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may bring proceedings before the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.

For customers in the United States and Canada, Swedish law governs to the extent permitted, but nothing in this Agreement overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under applicable federal, state, or provincial law.

General

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with a new effective date; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Noora Ocean AB regarding your purchase.

We will not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or transport disruptions.
