Shipping policy
We work hard to ship our orders as soon as possible, but we are a small operation, so please be patient. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will generally ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
If you are taking advantage of any sales, promotions or shop in connection to major holidays, please be aware that shipments may have longer lead time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In-Store Pickup
We offer Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select Own Pickup at Checkout and bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to our locations providing In-Store Pickup.
